Types of UPS AMC Services
1. Comprehensive AMC
Includes: All spare parts, labor, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Best for: Critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial plants).
Cost: Higher, but offers full coverage.

Peace of mind – all repair/replacement costs covered.
Scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
2. Non-Comprehensive (Labor-Only) AMC
Includes: Only service charges and periodic maintenance.
Excludes: Spare parts (charged separately).
Best for: Budget-conscious users with newer UPS systems.
Cost: Lower upfront but variable long-term costs.
3. Battery-Only AMC
Includes: Regular battery testing, electrolyte level checks, load testing, and terminal cleaning.
Excludes: UPS hardware servicing.

4. On-Demand/Call-Based Service
Includes: Maintenance as and when needed – no contract.
